There is no sex scene in the game now, I will add on future updates. And about Rosa, you unlock her route by visiting the market in the City.
I cant download. It says account suspended from itch io.

how to make any progress in the game? the numbers by trust are incresing but nothing ever to use or need it?

You aren't paying attention to a few areas. The hands in some of the screenshots look off to say the least
